Brandon Larabee D.C.
If you ask Dr. Brandon Larabee what he loves most about being a chiropractor, the answer is pretty simple: the results.
There aren’t many jobs where someone can walk through the door hurting or frustrated and leave a few minutes later smiling and feeling like themselves again. More than a decade and 100,000 adjustments later, Brandon still thinks that’s pretty awesome.
Interestingly, becoming a chiropractor wasn’t always the plan.
While figuring out what he wanted to do, Brandon spent time shadowing medical doctors. He quickly realized that many didn’t seem particularly excited about their careers, and he wasn’t seeing the kind of results or relationships with patients that he wanted for himself.
Chiropractic felt completely different.
Brandon had grown up going to a chiropractor, and one of his neighbors happened to be one as well. When he began spending time in chiropractic offices, he noticed something immediately: the patients actually loved being there. They knew their chiropractor, their chiropractor knew them, and people were excited about the results they were getting.
That was the kind of career—and eventually the kind of office—he wanted to build.
Brandon earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2015 and went directly into private practice. Since then, Pathways Chiropractic has grown largely through something he’s especially proud of: patients telling their friends and family about their experience. To Brandon, the incredible number of referrals, reviews, and testimonials from patients means more than any plaque on the wall ever could.
And once you’re through the door, don’t expect a stuffy doctor’s office. Brandon loves getting to know his patients, joking around, answering questions, and making a trip to the chiropractor something you actually look forward to.
Outside the office, Brandon spends most of his time with his kids—exploring Northern Michigan towns, shopping somewhere they probably didn’t need to stop, or tackling another house project that seemed like a much smaller job when it started.
His philosophy is pretty simple: Enjoy each stage of life to the fullest.
If you haven’t met him yet, stop in and say hi. There’s a pretty good chance you’ll leave feeling much better.
